About Us


Jawaharlal Nehru Technical Education Council of Skill Development (JNTE CSD) was established under act 1882, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, INDIA. According to Govt. of India National Education Policy 1986, Jawaharlal Nehru Technical Education Council of Skill Development is one of the best autonomous Organization and also under Human Rights Protection, autonomous bodies have given special Protection & Consideration. JNTE CSD aim is to see the unemployed and semi-skilled people should carry the suitable skills based on their education background and job market. Apart from our regular programs JNTE CSD is also Training partner of National Skill Development Corporation to implement the Sponsered Programs for the part of the war on skill development and believes and respects the vision of The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today outlined his vision for Skill India as he launched the National Skill Development Mission asserting that his Government has declared a war on poverty and is determined to win it, the Prime Minister said that each poor, underprivileged youth is a soldier in this war.

JNTE CSD has designed non UGC and non AICTE Certificate and  Diploma courses which are the specified job oriented and self entrepreneur courses in the field of Hotel Management & Tourism, Aviation , Fashion & Interior Designing, Marketing Management, Pre-Primary Teacher Training, Agriculture, Health & Paramedical , Yoga, Vocational  & non AICTE Engineering courses (Computer science ,Fire & Safety, Automobile, Civil, Mechanical and so on) etc,  to promote the unemployed youth and semi skilled people from both rural and urban areas who are already employed in their respective  field with ample work experience but do not get  promoted to next level  due to  lack of academic and professional skills. In this case JNTE CSD is taking the initiative to develop their skills by conducting training through workshops, seminars by engaging professionals in similar fields.

And our JNTE CSD Net work centers create a special platform between the students and various Industries, Institutions & Companies to provide practical exposure for the students through Internships / on job training and Industrial training. Apart from the Technical skills we also provide Life skills which play a key role in their individual life irrespective of age/sex/caste/ territory.

ACADEMIC STANDARDS

JNTE CSD has prepared challenging and skill based curriculum for Various Courses. The curriculum is in accordance with the curriculum of Modular Employable Skills (MES) of National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) so that the interested candidates can adopt for certification through NCVT simultaneously. This curriculum will equip the students well with required knowledge and skills. And also an autonomous body, each educational organization acts on its own discretionary powers. According to these powers every board / university / State Governments / Central Government of India has the liberty and right to take its own decision either to allow or refuse any admission / service. But we do our best to make the non-formal education programme successful. The entire education programme run by the JNTE CSD is its own autonomous education programme. Legality, Validity, Utility of the education programme is strict conformity with the constitution of India and law of the land under Article 19(1) G, 29 & 30.

Industry Integrated Education Programme (IIEP)

What is IIEP?

Industry Integrated Education Programme (IIEP) is a unique concept launched by Jawaharlal Nehru Technical Education-Council of Skill Development (JNTE CSD) wherein the learning is seamlessly integrated with Institution and Industry. The learning starts in any of the Authorized training centers of JNTE CSD, whereas the practical learning happens in the place of his / her work. This adds more weightage to the course as the student attains subject knowledge as well as field knowledge and practical knowledge.

Advantages

The students who have studied through IIEP mode will have better knowledge, both theoretical as well as practical so that they are better equipped to face the industry. In India, we are best in imparting theoretical knowledge whereas there are a lot of pitfalls when practical knowledge is imparted in regular mode. We would like to resolve this and ensure that students are equipped in a better manner to face the world. The students will have an edge over regular students due to their latest practical knowledge.

Difference between Regular Education & IIEP Education

Regular Education IIEP Education
1. Regular Education falls under conventional mode where in the education is imparted all through the year. 1.IIEP Education falls under Non-Formal education wherein the student learns in the institution and applies it in the industry.
2. Full Time Education. 2. Part-Time Education or education as required by the students.
3. Required to complete Industrial Training / On Job Training / Apprentship as part of education. 3. Not Required  Industrial Training / On Job Training / Apprentship as part of education.
4. Need to improve professional skills to get opportunitie.  4. Better opportunities due to expert knowledge.


Note: If IIEP Mode Students are required to submit the proof of Employee ID, Experience letter, recommended letter from respective organization.
